Don has had a very
successful career in engineering and in sales and marketing. He began his career as a Geophysicist for Amoco Production working
with the latest in electronic seismic instrumentation and data acquisition. He then moved into the sales and marketing arena
as the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Geodata Corporation. A few years later he founded Seismic Trade Services,
a geophysical data and services marketing organization. In addition, he began to market “high tech” electronic
hardware and software to service all markets and industries in the Oklahoma/Arkansas territory. He has been on board with
ABCOR Systems, Inc. since 1991 and currently serves as the Sales Manager of our Oklahoma office.
Other achievements
Don holds a Professional Degree in Geophysical Engineering
from the Colorado School of Mines. He also holds a Master of Science degree in Engineering Administration from Southern Methodist
University. In addition, he has pursued advanced education in Accounting and Finance at Tulsa University and Small Business
Administration at Oklahoma State University. He is an active member in the Geophysical Society of Tulsa and the Society of
Exploration Geophysicists.
Current Responsibilities
Don’s current responsibilities include sales management of the Oklahoma office for ABCOR Systems, Inc. He is responsible
for the sales and marketing of all of our products in the Oklahoma and Arkansas sales territory. This includes working with
our current principals to better serve their needs in this important market area.
